Flavor Haven POS & Restaurant Management System
This is a fully fledged management system that automates operations for the restaurant and the bakery as an extension. It tracks sales through orders, purchases & expenses, staff performance and daily and monthly overview and generates periodic reports.
The Challenge
With the increased traffic of customers, increasing staff would be expensive in the long run and it will be introducing inefficiency into the record system which before the installation of the system, it was paper work and use of receipts.

Staff Dashboard
Each staff managed their records: Leave requests, advance salary request, off days, salary disbandment and the KYC
Admin Dashboard
Admin had control of every department of the restaurant, from verifying and managing staff to generating precise reports to get an overview of the business performance.
Role Based Access Control
Users had levels of access based on hierarchy. Admin has full access to all parts of the system while staff had access to the some parts, granted permission by the admin.
